Violet Hills 15th Annual Sale Report

At the annual on-property sale 19 bulls were sold at auction, with a top of $16000.00 and an average of $7700.00.

The top priced bull (Violet Hills Ultimate U130E) was purchased by long time supporters, Kate and Darren Mackaway, "Tumbledowns", Walcha. The Mackaway's also purchased two other bulls.

The second top priced bull (Violet Hills Urbane U198E) was purchased for $14000.00  by a local regular client, Rick Hoolihan.

Good support was also from Casino, Bega, Victoria and local areas.

Bulls that were homozygous polled with good calving ease and a calm temperament attracted the attention of the buyers.
