Sydney RAS Steer and Carcase Competition 2024
4th April 2024
It has been a pleasure to be once again associated with the Scots All Saints College at Bathurst by supplying their cattle team with 3 purebred Charolais steers to prepare for the Sydney RAS Steer and Carcase competition. The preparation was supervised by head teacher, Libby Dawes.
We were very pleased with their preparation, with one steer being awarded Highly Commended on the hoof and his carcase being awarded a bronze medal. Another steer was awarded a silver medal when slaughtered. There was very little between the 3 steers.

It has been a pleasure, to have once again, been associated with a very well run programme at Scots All Saints College managed by Libby Dawes. It is a great experience and credit to students in the cattle club.
