Report on the Violet Hills Charolais bull sale

At our on property sale on the 5th May 32 bulls sold for an average of $5314.00 with a top price of $9000.00.

The top priced bull was Lot 8, Violet Hills Kalangadoo who was purchased by Rogers and Summerell of Bega for the production of grass fed trade cattle.

21 Charolais/Red Angus composite heifers, PTIC, sold for an average of$1567.00 , with the top 7 making $1650.00

The extreme drought conditions in Victoria and locally prevented some potential buyers from operating.
