Violet Hills Charolais
The Jenkins family would like to welcome you to our web site. We hope it will give you an understanding of our breeding programme.
Daryl, Kaye and Sean are the principles of Violet Hills Charolais. Our daughter, Kirsty, has her own herd of Charolais/Red Angus composite cattle as well as helping with the stud. She is also busy with two lovely little daughters.
With our cattle we have concentrated on easy care cattle, with particular emphasis on an early maturity pattern, performance on grass and an ability to produce quality carcases at a young age.
This has resulted in us having to rely on producing our own stud sires that will meet our standards.
